You're right, my upbringing was full of things that many people assume are relics of the past.
My own mom was diagnosed as an adult, and my little brother has also been diagnosed, so it's not that surprising. I'm looking forward to talking to my dr and my therapist and seeing what resources there are!
The biggest relief is that this provides directly applicable explanation for the things that have been my biggest struggles at work and in personal relationships. :D
